We bought a 3 seater and one seater sofa and a recliner for our new flat at Thrissur. From day one when we visited the showroom to have a look at the products to final delivery which included multiple visits in between with other family members to decide on the model and colour, each and every experience was very pleasant. Customer relation by store Manager Mr.Rajesh requires special mention, a friendly and helpful pleasant person with exemplary service. The Company has a proper system in place for follow ups etc. The products were delivered before the promised time and the delivery team was very cordial and did a neat job.

I visited the shop just to see how the medium firm mattress would feel and to gauge the size. I was already determined to purchase via Amazon and the options I was looking at was wakefit, the sleep company etc but experience Center staffs made sure I was making the right decision by walking in to their store and feeling it with my own senses. They were keen on explaining the products, benefits, options etc and totally stood professional when I said I am going to look for more options. They never tried to defame their competitors but just explained how good their stock is. I was impressed and I didn’t have any space for doubts since it’s Duraflex. Yes it was a bit pricier than the rest but I wasn’t ready to run around if in case those online orders go wrong. They made sure the delivery happened quicker than the decided date. Was totally ready to switch the fitted waterproof sheet when my order was duplicated. Explained well how I can reach out if I ever have any issues with the mattress pillows and fitted sheets. I got myself a Durapedic mattress and I won’t say it has worked wonders but I definitely see a change within 4 days, with my back pain. The staffs are your stars! Thank you Rajesh and Sreerag for the excellent assistance!!👏🏼👏🏼
