It was really a great experience at Duroflex Experience Centre, Thrissur. I was really in confusion in selecting the Perfect Matress for my new Home. I visited several mattres stores in and around Trichur. But all in vein.Then, my friend suggested to experience your Company Show room. The ambience and the display of the mattress are very nice. The manager sri. Rajesh was very friendly and he explained all in details. Then, I have nothing more to think, I ordered 4 Back Magic mattress for my home and I recd. it today in Good condition.Thanks Duroflex Team.

I’m happy with Ashok’s customer service. He was able to meet my requirement even though it was a short notice order. Myself & family had visited this store just before it was about to close for the day but Ashok welcomed us happily. He made arrangements to facilitate the quick delivery of my order on the requested date. I appreciate his efforts for trying & make it happen unlike the usual store agents who just go by the books.
