This is 3rd purchase of the year. Jan/Feb Hemant who is longer part of Duroflex now had explained in great Detail about mattresses which allowed be to make informed decision to buy Prana and wave Adjustable Bed + Mattress. On Deepavali, bought a Wave Plus Adjustable bed to with Quboid mattress. Could have bought the same online for similar discount which was offered at centre, since Sandesh remembered me from last purchase and threw in max discount allowed by system went ahead bought it due to good customer interaction exhibited by Sandesh. These are guys who make the difference. Duroflex per Se should be bit liberal on loyalty bonus. Purchase of 2.5 lakhs for this year , discount wasn’t like wow. Company should work on this.

I was pleasantly surprised after visiting Duroflex Experience Centre. They have the perfect product mix and trials. The staff are well educated and carry good etiquette to interact with customers. They guide us through complete range and best fit which is why I decided to buy. Very Happy.. The product is also very good after started to use.

I had a great experience with buying a sofa here. Mr. Sandesh helped me with a lot of patience to close this. Before this, I had visited all the competitors around. Believe me, these guys have the better designed sofas at a much better pricing. Making decisions becomes quick.
The best part is the delivery. Unlike other brands, you can get it within 3 days. Others claim 20 days to a month which is ridiculous when I am paying upfront. And, you know what, I got it on the second day itself. Thanks to Mr. Sandesh for making this happen.
If you want to get a sofa which is better designed, priced better, and with a quick delivery, I strongly recommend to visit this store and save you time and energy.

We had been looking for a quality three-seater sofa for a while, exploring options at Wakefit, IKEA, Royal Oak, and others, but we weren't aware that Duroflex also offered sofas. Once we discovered this, we were pleasantly surprised by the value for money they provide. The quality is excellent and reasonably priced. Additionally, we received our sofa in just one day, whereas other competitors offered delivery in 15 days to a month. The Katriguppe branch is particularly impressive, with helpful and professional sales staff. I highly recommend both Duroflex sofas and the Katriguppe branch.
