I recently visited the Duroflex store in Kathriguppe and had a really pleasant experience. The showroom is well-maintained with a great variety of mattresses and sleep accessories on display. The staff were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and guided me patiently through all the options as per my requirements.
Special mention to the staff for their polite behavior and genuine interest in helping customers make the right choice. They didn’t rush me at all, and their service truly made the shopping experience smooth and satisfying.
