This was 1 of the best experience we had out of many. Satyam was more than 100% to help us understand the mattresses. Though we informed about our requirements, he still went on to give best experience and understanding and deciding the mattress. He didn't act like a salesman but like the owner who wish his customers to be happy 1st and than grow the business.
