I visited the Duroflex showroom in Margao while looking for a sofa and came across the Utopia 3+2+2 seater. We got a great month-end deal, which made the purchase even better. The sofa is very soft and comfortable, with removable cushions and good seating space. Manager Satish explained all the product details clearly and patiently, which really helped us make the decision. We finally bought the Utopia sofa in beige colour and are very happy with the product. Highly satisfied with both the sofa and the service.

Visited the Duroflex Experience Centre today—great ambience and welcoming setup. Tried the Entrance Posture Pro recliner first and it was extremely comfortable and stylish, so we booked it on the spot. Delivery was done the very same day, which was impressive. The staff were polite, friendly, and very supportive. Special thanks to store manager Satish for the smooth experience.

They have excellent service. They did a home visit and took accurate measurements of the bed size so there's no issues with the actual fit. Order had to be placed which they said would take 10-12 days for the mattress to arrive.
