The experience in the Duroflex Showroom room , Mangalore in totality was good.
However, there was some delay observed in the ' turn around time ' ( longer time than one can reasonably expect) in effecting
( Door)Delivery of the item ordered for..With better monitoring at the logistical level the time gap can be reduced....
Further, the Transport Agency staff can be advised to unpack the heavy Mattress cover , especially when the buyers are Senior Citizens, This will reduce the burden of unpacking the Heavy Mattress ,singly by the aged Buyers or alternatively the Stores personnel can be requested to extend whatever services possible at the point of Delivery..
This will be of immense help to the buyers.

Mr tilak of hampankatta duraflex personally came to kalasa took measurements and ensured a smooth booking and delivery of 9 mattresses and 4 sofas .
All were delivered privately and in good packing .
Mattresses and sofa were recommended by tilak and are very good .
