I recently purchased a mattress from the Duroflex showroom on MG Road. I’m not sure if it’s called an experience center or showroom, but the overall customer service there was really good.
Noufal, who assisted us, was very patient throughout the entire process. Buying a mattress is a long-term decision, so we took our time trying out multiple options. He didn’t rush us at all and made sure to show us different mattresses while also asking about our specific needs.
Since I sit and work for long hours, I have some back pain issues, so I wanted to avoid a typical spring mattress. Also, living in Kerala, heat retention is a concern, so I was looking for something with good airflow. Noufal understood these requirements clearly and guided us accordingly.
I was actually planning to check out a few other mattress stores, but after this experience, I decided not to. For now, I’m happy with the purchase. The mattress I chose is the Duroflex Air Boost. I’ll need to use it for a few months to fully judge, but my initial experience has been good.
