This was my first time buying a proper mattress, and I visited the Duroflex store at Ayyappanagar after checking a few options online. I stay near Hoodi, so this store was very convenient for me. It’s also easy to visit from KR Puram, Kodigehalli and Belathur side.
I was mainly looking for a mattress that can help with back pain and better spine support, but honestly I had no idea what to choose. The staff here explained everything in very simple language. They told me the difference between memory foam, orthopedic mattresses and spring mattresses, and helped me understand what will suit my sleeping style.
They suggested a Duropedic / orthopedic mattress with proper back support, and when I tried it in the store, I could actually feel the difference. I liked that they didn’t rush or force me to buy the most expensive option.
Another thing that gave me confidence was the 7 to 15 years warranty on Duroflex mattresses. It feels like a long-term investment for better sleep.
Also, I noticed the store price was better than the website price, which was a nice surprise.
Overall, I had a very good experience.

Visited the Duroflex Experience Hub at Ayyappanagar recently and had a great experience. This store is very convenient for people from Hoodi, KR Puram, Kodigehalli, Belathur and nearby areas.
They have a wide range of Duroflex mattresses, sofas and recliners, and the best part is you can actually try different mattresses before buying. The staff explained the difference between orthopedic, memory foam and posture-support mattresses very clearly, which helped me choose the right one based on comfort and back support.

2. Neighborhood Store - It can help in any issues if it happens in future
