I visited the Duroflex experience centre and the executive who was there was very pleasant ,patient and cleared all our doubts.He also arranged for the 3 seater sofa to be delivered ahead of time.
However ,the delivery experience was not as expected.
Though the product reached on time,only the driver was present and he asked if someone at home would be there to help.I thought it would be easy but the packing was so heavy and my husband, a senior citizen ,helped to unload it with great difficulty ,risking his health.
A company of such history should definitely have sent an extra hand .
On close observation, one part of the cushions on the backrest is a bit flat compared to the others.It seems to have been stitched in a hurry as threads were sticking out in some places and the cloth at the bottom cannot be fastened with the velcro on one side
I doubt if it can be set right.
A company of such standing needs to provide better delivery service and products without defects.

I’ve recently purchased a Duroflex mattress from Palakkad store. It was very comfortable and improved my sleeping quality. Mr. Rahul is very kind and polite, he explained everything about the mattress and helped me to find the suitable mattress for me. Really satisfied experience from the store. We went to other stores for buying mattress, but we didn't get what we expected, then came to duroflex and satisfied with the models and designs what we looked for. Probably the comparison comes across a bit unfair but my experience in Palakkad showroom is below par compared to its Bangalore showroom. The range of products is a bit less and the overall price point is as costly without offers compared to Bangalore given the shop is in a cheaper town of Palakkad
