It takes immense pleasure for me to write this feedback at the end of the day today. Since morning, I have been travelling and looking for recliners and reached the Duroflex Provirim Store, here at around 7:45 PM in the evening.
Here at the shop, I was greeted with a smile by Mr. MAHESH, even at this odd hour of the working hours. Mr Mahesh was one of the most patient and meticulously invested person in his explanation of the product. That too, in a very professional manner, without being pushy even by an iota. Most importantly, he was a man in “No hurry”. I didn’t expect this kind of reception and interest in the customer at this hour of the evening, when everybody is mostly looking forward to go back home.
