Before visiting Duroflex showroom, had visited four other location. Subsequently landed to this place.
First and foremost thing was there was a Salesperson who immediately put his mask and started explaining about various products and their benefits. Salesman was Mr. Kishan.
It is just because of him I decided to go for this product.
After that he made his visit to check actual measurement of the bed and delivey too was as scheduled.
Happy on courtesy, promptness and way they treated the customer about the product and information shared.
Yet to start using the mattress.

The company rep's were very courteous and explained the product details in deep.
The mattress is quite good but felt little harder compared to its medium soft specification.
