I recently visited the Duroflex Experience Centre in Kandivali and had a fantastic experience. Mr. Dhiraj, the store manager, was extremely knowledgeable—not only about Duroflex products but also about competitors in the market. He explained everything in great detail and helped me understand the key features of each mattress.
What impressed me most was the personalized consultation. He asked relevant questions about my age, body weight, and past mattress experience to recommend the most suitable option. Based on that, he suggested the Tatva mattress, made from 100% natural latex and coir—materials not commonly used by other brands.
Overall, I’m very happy with my visit and highly recommend this experience centre to anyone looking for the right mattress. Their approach is thoughtful, informative, and customer-focused.
