It was a pleasant experience interacting with Avinash and Satish at the Duroflex store today at Gogol, Margao- Goa. Both gentlemen were quite knowledgeable about the range of mattresses available and patiently answered all my queries.
Satish was particularly helpful in understanding my specific needs and preferences. He asked insightful questions about my sleeping habits which allowed him to recommend a few suitable models. He clearly explained the features and benefits of each mattress, highlighting the differences in materials and support levels.
He was excellent in demonstrating the comfort and feel of the mattresses. He also efficiently handled the pricing and any promotional offers available.
What impressed me most was their non-pushy approach. Satish was very courteous, professional, and genuinely seemed interested in helping me find the right mattress for a good night's sleep. I purchased the Natural Living - Tatva Natural Latex and Coir Mattress Queen / 78 X 60. Which will be delivered to my residence.
