The dueoflex orthopedic Mattress is excellent -very comfortable.
However,the delivery experience was disappointing.the delivery person said they only deliver up to where their vehicle can go, and since only 3 wheeler can reach our house,they initially refused doorstep delivery even though we had informed them in advance before picking up the product from koolur.
According to the Duroflex showroom staff in mangalore,the product must be delivered to the doorstep,and we agree especially after paying 16000 including Tax .
Please make sure do not share your OTP until you receive the product physically delivered.
The showroom staff was excellent-very polite,informative,and supportive thought the purchase.

The courier person had left my delivery outside, and when I informed the store manager the next day, he personally came over and helped move everything safely inside my first-floor room. His support went beyond expectations, and I truly appreciate his dedication and customer care. Highly recommend!
