I recently visited the Duroflex Experience Centre at Palarivattom and haf a fantastic experience, thanks to Mr. Jojo, the showroom Manager. His polite and efficient dealings made our mattress purchase smooth and enjoyable. Despite being a holiday, he went the extra mile to ensure our mattress was delivered promptly the next morning. The mattress is comfortable and ap perfect fit. Highly recommend both the product and Mr. Jojo's exceptional sevice!

I recently visited this showroom to buy a mattress for my grandmother, but i was really confused.
However, the showroom representative (Alwin) quickly understood my situation and helped me.
He was not only polite but he helped me choose the right mattress.
Also, he gave me a tour on different types of mattresses and how they benefit.
Now I'm planning to change all the mattresses at my home from him.
If you are planning to buy a new mattress, i genuinely recommend you to visit this showroom before making your purchase.

New but very professional and yet helpful and accommodating. Alvin helped select the mattress and offered to customize the choice of mattress to the exact bed size - when the size did not fit after purchase. The delivery man took away the old ones when the new ones arrived from the Bangalore factory. The mattresses itself were perfect - not too hard, not too soft, just right! Very comfortable. All in all, a good experience and so, will be returning for all future mattress needs!
