I recently visited the Duraflex showroom,sarjapur where I was assisted by Sandhya. She explained everything to me very clearly and politely, and I am extremely happy with her service. She provided detailed information about the bed and demonstrated excellent product knowledge.
Sandhya is a valuable member of the showroom team, with strong sales skills and a professional attitude. Even after I visited other stores like korlon and Slipwell, I appreciated the outstanding service she provided.

Good experience centre! They have a wide range of items on display, both Duroflex mattresses and sofas.
After sales support is something questionable, that's why reducing one star. The delivery people are not in their control and faced issues while getting the mattress delivered.
