Visited Duroflex Experience Center/ Hub in RR Nagar just to see / browse the products but ended up with placing order for 2 mattresses.
Srikanth attended us & asked few questions to understand our requirements. He has recommended couple products and we have finalised what we were looking for.
He gave a compelling offer which I don’t want to miss
I had doubt about the exact dimensions of my cot… he has sent his one of his team members to my home immediately to ensure the correct dimensions mattress is ordered.
I have also requested for disposal of my old mattresses and he has assured that he will assist.
As promised the new mattresses were delivered within 2 days and he has organised a 3rd party to pickup my mattresses.

The store has an exceptionally wide range of products including mattresses, beds and couches. The staff is extremely attentive and knowledgeable, they took the time to understand my requirements and make excellent suggestions based on my needs. They also provided multiple options and ensured that I understood the differences in their variety of products, which ensured that I made a well informed decision in my purchase.
There was a follow up from the store regarding the quality of the product and if it fit my requirements!!
