The new experience center in JP Nagar is superb. I happened to be their first customer. They guided me based on my requirements. We finalised “ Balance” Duropedic as i wanted a slightly firm mattress. Naveen from the center visited my house took the measurements and suggested me to go for 8” as my bed had a big head board. We finalised 8”. Its been 1 week now and its superb. Of ouse it took me 2 days to get adjusted. Now i am enjoying it. Thanks to Duroflex.👍👍👌👌👌

Showroom has all mattresses on display. You can simply lie down on it and try it out. Very helpful executives. Definitely recommend visiting instead of buying online. Google map location is wrong as of 11th March 2021. Showroom is located next to Sri Krishna Sevashrama Hospital

I had a requirement for queen and king sized beds for my new home, got to know about the new duroflex experience center, visited the centre, had a very nice visit, thanks to Naveen and Madhu who guided me expertly in the basis of my needs and suggested me the right cots and the mattress that will be best suited for my need. Now my good experience did not stop at that, they delivered on their promise, had the stuff test before time. And delivered the city's and mattresses stress free and without any defects 412 Kms away. I was looking for a queen sized mattress and after walking into few showrooms, me & my wife stepped into the Jayanagar Duroflex showroom and met Madhu - he was the politest and one of the best executive I've come across.
His knowledge of the mattresses in display is amazing (no surprise there) but what we admired most is his interest in finding our requirements specifically and recommend. Madhu helped us to make sure that we became aware of each of the mattresses in entirety, helped us compare and finally enabled us in making the right choice. He did this with utmost sincerity and comfort of ours in mind (rather than being driven by business as the focus), which we sincerely appreciate.
Of course, it is two days since the mattress has arrived and we're having much comfortable sleep than before. I would strongly recommend first of visiting Jayanagar Duroflex showroom and talking with Madhu and then pick the right one for you amongst the widest choices available.

Brilliant mattress I bought it during summer (May2021) and can very well say that there are no heating/sweating issues even when used without AC. Initially felt that bit more softness could have been better. But after using it for some days understood that the firmness 8/10 gives the proper support for back hence no back pain problems. The customer rep (Madhu)was very supportive and ensured that the delivery was on time and also ensured that the comfortability of the product. He kept in contact even after I have received the product and ensured that everything is in order. Great customer support and product.
