We brought 2 mattress from this experience centre. Thank you Thilak for helping us choose the best mattress. He also helped us arrange to keep the mattress in his showroom as I was out of Mangalore when the mattress arrived.

Tilak from the showroom was extremely helpful and helped me select a better mattress considering the weather in Mangalore against the options I went with.
Also, I was out of town when the delivery arrived at my home and he was kind enough to keep the mattress at the showroom and delivery it to me once I was back home.

I recently purchased two duroflex plus mattress from duroflex centre Mangalore. Three things I wanted to highlight.. Firstly the floor manager Mr. Tilak Raj was excellent who showed us patiently all the mattress( inspire of me bothering him multiple times)
Secondly - the pricing was very attractive for such good quality product the pricing was very reasonable. Thirdly the delivery time - I had paid the bill on a weekend. The next working day the product was delivered.
So overall a wonderful experience.

Overall a pleasant shopping experience. This is a company owned and operated store so you will be able to experience their products in store AND place order with them. Store manager Raj was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure the in store, ordering and delivery experiences were seamless.

Today we received Duroflex single seater recliner. Installed by Mr Tilak immeidately after i received the item throgh Ecart.
Apart from this, while buying the item, the staff is good in explaining the featurs of the products. Mr Tilak showed us various types of products under Recliner and sofas, Expalined us each point minutely and in details. He never felt irritated or otherwise for shwing us varioous finer aspect of the product. EVer ready to reply to our each of queries to our satisfaction. VEry happy.
