Update: The one month frustration comes to an end finally and increased the rating from 1 to 3 as they have addressed the problem and replaced the mattress within 2 days of this post here. They also have completely declined to replace the recliner as the policy didn't allow for this.

I am writing this review after one month of frustration experience and giving this one star just for the purchase experience only. The aftersales is super worst. First they delivered the mattress in the different colour from what we asked for. Second they gave a recliner at a discounted price but did not mention about the quality of swayed fabric at the time of purchase. I asked for replacement of this where they demand for more money to deliver this. Third the sales representative (Sundar) picks my call one in five times and deliver the same answer we have written email for replacement and will call you tomorrow with more details but that tomorrow never comes. Guys, please don't fall for the sugar coated words by that particular sales representative at the time of purchase. You'll regret later after spending your hard earned money. Writing this with the hope that any responsible person reads this and resolve my long pending issue. Thanks

Visited Uthandi Duroflex store it was nice experience, store manager Sundhar is extremely good, he is able to explain the features of different variety of Mattresses and he made me choose the appropriate mattress which suits to my expectation. Will share detail review once I receive my product. Have placed order for single latex coir mattress with two memory foam pillows.
