I ordered a 75x48 size mattress from this store on 27th April. They told me that it will be delivered within 24-48 hours after i order because i stay in whitefield. And it has been 6 days and i haven't received the order. I called these guys on 30th and they told me that they were not able to deliver because their truck was unavailable, on 2nd May i called them and they said that the weather was bad, on 3rd morning i called and they told me that the product is damaged and therefore they have to get a new one from the factory.
Now they are telling me that its going to get delivered on wed 7th. So every time i call them they come up with a new form of calamity.
This is the most unprofessional form of service i had ever seen. Anyone who is reading this please don't buy from them because they don't care about your time nor your money.
Edit: they have fixed the issue. The manager at the store expedited the process. Delivery has been made.
