I recently purchased a medium-firm orthopedic mattress from the Kadugodi store, based on the recommendation of the female staff member, as I wasn't very familiar with the latest mattress options. Both the manager and the staff were extremely kind and genuine.
During delivery, the manager and the delivery person were very helpful and assisted in replacing the mattress at my home without any hassle.
I'm writing this review after using the mattress for 10 days and I must say, I no longer have any back pain! The medium hard orthopedic mattress has made a noticeable difference and works wonderfully.
A special thanks to the lady staff member and the manager for their excellent service and support.

Purchased Strength Mattress, Backmagic Mattress and accessories from Duroflex showroom at Kadugodi. Excellent service and ontime delivery. Sales executive ( Mrs.Manjula) explained features of different mattress types patiently which helped us to choose appropriate mattress for our requirements.
