I recently purchased velocity plus mattress from duroplex and would like to share my feedback about the sales representative -Satheesh ,who was responsible in suggesting the right product and also taken the ownership to do a site visit for the measurement. The product gives good comfort except for the height of the mattress which was decided by us. 6 inch would have been perfect fit. Availability of electronic system to collect payment and religious follow up to close the sales.thanks.
