I have visited duroflex in Rajajinagar however I didn't like the service there hence I visited Hennur store and the service was awesome. Pavan was the person who suggested best mattress for my mother. He is well knowledged about the stuff there

Anyone with back issues looking for a firm mattress can go for duroflex balance 7 inches mattress. Mine was made to a custom size, and their service has been really great from the time the order was placed till the time of delivery. I’d recommend to go for it if you have a slightly higher budget.

Store manager(Nawaz) explained us the details carefully and addressed all of our doubts and suggested us the best mattress option.
Delivery was done within 3 days from order. Mattress was with a rugged packing and in good condition.
