We purchased a 3+2+1 Ziva sofa set from newly opened showroom at Velachery Centre on Chennai on 6th April 2022. I must say the Store Manager Mr. Jayaselam was very customer friendly. Our purchase of sofa set was largely influenced by him. A budding youngester with great patience and composure. Duroflex is a brand name but Mr. Jayaselams approach added to our decision of purchase.
Will post the review of the product after 6 months of use.. Till then do visit the store at Velachery Taramani Road, Velachery. Happy Shopping ❤❤

I would like to thank Duroflex (Velachery) staff Mr. Jayaseelan and Mr. Koushik for patiently answering all our queries. It helped us in deciding our purchase. Though they have limited collects as far as a sofa is concerned, we very much liked one of the sofas that were on display, it was like love at first sight. Said that I would recommend Duroflex if they continue to maintain a budget-friendly approach and customer service.
