Both Ravi and Sabrish are excellent staffs. I was doing survey for good matters and it happened to me visit Duroflex showroom . We spent around 40 mins in the store. He patiently explained all my questions and my family’s too regarding all types of mattress. We told him that we will come back if we want to buy. Ravi totally changed our decision to buy from Duroflex; we had initially planned to buy from Sleep company. In fact we paid extra money at Duroflex but we don’t regret. The next day we met with Sabrish another gem of person who explained the questions we had. He helped us in buying 2 mattress for my family. Both Ravi and Sabrish, please keep the same spirit and we wish both of you the best.

Had a great experience at the showroom in Anna Nagar, We made 3 separate visits to the store within 2 hours going back each time with more questions. Mr Ravi attended us with the same courtesy each time and explained everything patiently. He even stayed back beyond the store closing time as we wanted to go out and do some comparison with other brands. While the purchase experience was great, hoping that the delivery experience would be equally good.
