Sudeep is very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right mattress based upon our needs...Srikanth came to our home to get the billing done for our 2nd mattress...Very helpful, professional and efficient staff at the store...they also have a decent store where we can actually feel the mattresses before buying...Still feel mattresses can & should be bought after looking, feeling and testing them at experience centres (we had to return the ones bought online, from new companies coming up these days)!!

Recently visited this Duroflex company owned store near Kodathi on Sarjapur rd and the overall experience was good, the store executive Mr. Srikanth explained all options and was kind enough to help us with mattresses exchange contacts alongwith some good discount for our purchase of propel pocket spring mattresses with 10 year company warranty while ensuring the order bill invoices were shared promptly and confirmed . Awaiting delivery as promised in the next 2-3 days.

The shop is nice and they delivered order very promptly. The staff there are also great. Only demerit is the location of the shop.Its next to desi liquor shop and is quiet crowded in afternoons. If you are visiting with family you wont feel secure in that place.

We bought a sofa set (recliners and 3 seater) from the Sarjapur store. Fantastic experience provided by store in charge Sudeep.
He was knowledgable and was able to demonstrate and explain the benefits of products.
Most importantly, he was extremely patient and helped us customize the sofa set as per our colour and fabric requirement.
